Inner Journey Class: (PJ1)

This class is open ONLY to those who enroll in Phase One, Two or Three of the Personal Journey Program. The class is comprised of two hour sessions that meet between each Personal Journey required class. The group size can vary from 5 to 15 participants.

Guided by a staff instructor, you meet with fellow Personal Journey sojourners to discuss and integrate the insights of each seminar. You will learn how to facilitate practical application of the content of each course into your personal life circumstances as you develop intimate connections with your fellow group members.

Your Inner Journey class meetings will support you throughout each phase of the Personal Journey program. These classes provide time to reflect and share about how your inner transformation is impacting your home and professional life. The group supports one another in a positive and safe environment.

Students may commit to one Phase at a time or register for all three.
  • Phase One: 52 hours of class time, Unlocking the Treasure Chest classes can usually be completed in a time span of about 4 to 6 months.
  • Phase Two: Body/Mind Awakening is 62 hours and can be completed in approximately 6 to 8 months.
  • Phase Three: Living in the Undefended Self is 114 hours and is usually completed in about twelve months time.
